Hatha yoga serves as a foundation for my practice. It is suitable for practitioners of all levels, including beginners. It provides a platform for people to develop physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity while fostering a sense of inner peace and balance.
Meditation changed my life, I was going through a grief and a very difficult emotional period in my life and it helped me a lot to overcome my pain. This is why it is now completely integrated in my courses. I'm sure that it can help you the way it helped me.
Pranayama is an ancient breath technique that originates from yogic practices in India. It involves controlling your breath in different styles and lengths.
